Planning ahead gives you the best chance of succeeding in your nutrition goals. We recommend planning 3-7 days worth of meals ahead of time and creating your grocery lists.
1. For each meal your coach has planned select a recipe from the list.

3. [Optional] Don't fancy what's on the menu? Create 1-2 of your own recipes. Make sure that the kcal and protein amounts match what your coach has set!

4. Keep track of your progress
Track your weight, sleep, mood, and body measurements. This will help you and your coach monitor and adjust your plan.
