Welcome to NutriAI! This guide will walk you through how to use the app to create personalized nutrition plans, track your progress, and achieve your health goals effectively.

1. Creating Your Personalized Plan:

  • Upon logging in, NutriAI will prompt you to input your basic information such as age, gender, weight, height, activity level, and goal (weight loss, maintenance, or muscle building).

  • Select the meal moments (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks) you would like the AI to plan for you.

  • Based on the data provided, our AI utilizes advanced algorithms to generate a specific nutrition plan tailored to your goals.

2. Generating Your Daily Plan:

  • Once your personal information and goal are set, click on the "Generate Day" button to receive your daily nutrition plan.

  • NutriAI will create a detailed meal plan for all the meal moments (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks) selected by you in the previous step, optimized to meet your specific calorie and macronutrient needs.

3. Customizing Your Plan:

  • Have the flexibility to adjust your meal plan for any number of days by selecting the Generate day for those days from the calendar.

  • You can also generate an empty day and plan any respective meal of that day by clicking on the “Add meal” inside that day on the calendar.

  • NutriAI allows you to swap out meals, adjust portion sizes, or substitute ingredients based on your preferences and dietary restrictions.

4. Creating Your Grocery List:

  • After finalizing your meal plan, utilize the "Create Grocery List" feature to generate a comprehensive shopping list.

  • Begin by selecting the precise days on the calendar for your planned meals.

  • NutriAI then automatically compiles a list of ingredients needed for your selected meal plan, making grocery shopping hassle-free.

5. Tracking Your Progress:

  • Use the "Progress" tab to track your stress, sleep, weight, and measurements.

  • NutriAI keeps a tab & helps you monitor your progress over time and stay accountable to your goals.

6. Tips for Success:

  • Stay consistent: Stick to your personalized meal plan and track your progress regularly to stay on track towards achieving your goals.

  • Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated and support your overall health and fitness.

  • Stay active: Incorporate regular physical activity into your routine to complement your nutrition plan and maximize results.
