It is true that you don't see them listed. It is not true that Chantal doesn't use them. I love (pepper and) salt and actually sprinkle them on (almost) every savory meal. I don't track pepper and salt, which is why you don't see them listed among the ingredients. I would sprinkle them generously if I were you!
