Step-by-Step Sign In Process:

  1. Enter Your Email:

    • Provide your email address in the designated field on the app.

  2. Check Your Inbox:

    • You will receive an email containing a 4-digit verification code or a magic link. Which one you receive will depend on your coach's settings.

    • Verification codes are valid for 4 hours.

    • Magic links are valid indefinitely.

  3. Enter the Code in the App or Click the magic link button

    • Code: Input the 4-digit code into the app to complete the verification process.

    • Magic Link: Be sure that the magic link opens in your mobile browser and not the email app. If necessary copy the magic link and paste it into your browser. See our dedicated magic link help article.

Common Issues & Solutions:

  1. Not Receiving the Email:

    • Check Your Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes, verification emails can be mistakenly filtered.

    • Email Address Accuracy: Ensure the email provided is correct.

    • Delayed Email Reception: There may be a slight delay in receiving the email. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, consider requesting a new code.

  2. Invalid Code Error:

    • Code Validity: Ensure the code is entered within the 4-hour validity period.

    • Correct Code Entry: Double-check the code for any typing errors.

    • Resend Code: If the problem persists, request a new code.

    • Exact Match: The code must be entered exactly as it appears in your email.

    • No Spaces: Ensure there are no spaces before or after the code.

  5. Technical Issues:

    • Restart the App: Sometimes, simply restarting the app can resolve unexpected glitches.

    • Check Internet Connection: A stable internet connection is required for the verification process.
